Chief executive and fundraiser for Links Hall, a 44-year old performance presenter, creation and development incubator, and residency program for independent artists working at the intersections of dance, performance art, theater, puppetry, and music. Key achievements include raising six-figure gifts for capacity building projects; expanding the board of directors through active recruitment and mission alignment; and maintaining robust digital programming, in-person artist residencies, and commissioning programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 70% of Links Hall's service base includes Black, Indigenous, and other artists of color. Commissioned, produced, and presented new works for artists from Chicago, Minneapolis, Brooklyn/New York, Beirut, Japan, and beyond, including Nia Witherspoon's "Priestess of Twerk," Leila Awadallah & Body Watani's "TERRANEA," and J'Sun Howard's "The Righteous Beauty of the Things Never Accounted For." Designed and launched new Curators-In-Residence program for for BIPOC artists, partnering with community organizations in South Side and West Side neighborhoods across Chicago.

Directed all artist residencies, community engagement, public programming, school outreach, and young family programming for performing arts center; produced over 275 annual events through campus, community, and school partnerships; supported center’s mission to provide a core educational environment for the study, creation, and presentation of the arts within Dartmouth College and the bi-state Upper Valley community (NH/VT). As chair of a task force dedicated to increasing access to and participation in the arts, led the research and development of ten new programs for communities traditionally under-served by local cultural institutions, including homeless and low-income families, veterans, teens, and people with disabilities.

One of ten individuals selected for international, executive arts management training program, including coursework in Fundraising, Marketing, Finance, Strategic Planning under President Michael M. Kaiser and Kennedy Center executive staff; with concentrations in Millennium Stage/Community Engagement programs, Major Gifts Development, and the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO). Major accomplishments included leading the development and writing of a five-year strategic plan for NSO community engagement initiatives.

Produced and co-curated performing arts season and public programming; led presenting partnerships with NYC cultural institutions; and launched the BRIClab artist-in-residence program for new work development in theater, music, and dance. Directed operations, personnel, and financial management of 4,000 square foot performance venue; managed rentals programs, increasing earned revenue by 30%; and developed print and digital marketing campaigns for all presentations.

Produced over 200 performances, residencies, and educational programs for touring company of 40 actors, musicians, and teaching artists. Promoted, booked, and advanced national and international tours.

Curated over twenty exhibitions of professional, student, and faculty work, including international projects: The Actus Box by Actus Collective (Israel), and Revisiting a Town: Oświęcim, Oshpitzin, Auschwitz (Poland). Produced public programs, lectures, and special events; supervised staff, students, contract workers, and volunteers; and managed operations of gallery space, including budgeting, fundraising, venue maintenance, marketing, and public relations.
