The office of IRE is also responsible for developing and maintain department reporting for monthly Board of Directors meetings and the Tribal Business Council Education Meetings.· Provide accurate and meaningful reports with supportive documentation, visuals and narrative data interpretations, and presentations for internal and external target audience.· Lead continuous improvement efforts at NHSC by way of coordinating/steering kaizen events and/or other methods and best practices of ensuring the quality included in the NHSC mission.· Lead an assessment steering committee to determine assessment recommendations from each department for institutional improvement and external requirements. Facilitate data analysis of the assessments for specific purpose and/or strategic planning at NHSC.
