Currentβ Oversee branding & marketing strategies and implementation across 5500+ unit portfolio.β Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies.β Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.β Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas for resident retention and brand recognition.β Communicating and negotiating with vendors, employees, residents, prospects and corporate partners.β Coordinate and execute charitable events and donations from the corporate level. Some of these include working closely with foundations such as St Jude, Make A Wish, Susan G Komen, & Toys for Tots. β Coordinate and execute Resident events across 5500+ unit portfolio and Corporate events for employees and upper management teams. β Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaign issues including ILS integrations. β Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performanceβ Train & Onboard on-site management teams in multiple platforms and operational practices.
