After working in sales and business development at the start of my career, my personal health journey and passion for food, fitness and wellbeing led me to a change of career and I now work as a qualified Metabolic Balance Coach and Nutrition Consultant. As an independent consultant I work with corporate clients in various capacities including corporate wellness programmes, menu design, recipe creation, product testing and referrals, food and juice demonstrations, product consultations and customer nutrition advice.I also work with a broad range of private clients ranging from those who simply wish to learn about food and how to live a healthier lifestyle to performance athletes preparing for competitions. My Metabolic Balance qualification also affords me the opportunity to work with clients who are experiencing specific metabolic and/or hormonal issues and I have been fortunate enough to help many people overhaul their habits to live healthier and happier lives. My passion for food recipes led to collaborations with local magazines and I currently offer a monthly contribution to Dubai-based Connector magazine where I share healthy, but tasty, recipes with their readers. My personal story and recipe creations have also been featured in other magazines and newspapers including Harper’s Bazaar, Women's Health & Fitness, Good Food, Mother Baby & Child, Emirates Women, The Weekend Magazine by Khaleej Times, The National, Khaleej Times and Gulf News.
In addition to the companies I am currently working with, I have had the pleasure of working with companies such as Nike Middle East, Pepsi Cola, JTC OmniBlend, Lorna Jane, the Roads and Transport Authority and Emirates Housing to name a few.
