Medicare Sales Supervisor
Current- Lead, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of 12-24 sales agents.- Build a strong sales team capable of consulting, building relationships, and educating families/individuals in need of Medicare health insurance.- Create and foster a fun, positive, and energetic sales environment by building relationships with agents.- Drive sales results, maximize sales KPIs, and achieve/exceed monthly sales quotas. * Q4 2022 - 2nd highest w/ 79% for Quality Monitoring (CMS requirement) * Q4 2022 - Beat both site (72.59%) and company averages (73.03%) for Quality Assurance (sales process) with 75.8%- Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and complete corrective actions.- Interview 100s of candidates for company’s sales teams.- Prepare, assess, analyze, and understand team performance via live listening as well as grading 2 completed sales calls per agent per month.- Responsible for completing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), Request Agent Response (RARs), Continuous Education Courses (CECs), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in a timely manner.
