Started as a Technical Trainee who assisted the application development team with development, QA testing, SFDC and documentation. After being trained in Agile practices, my responsibilities expanded to include organizing team scrum ceremonies, tracking bugs, QA releases, and documentation.I became the product owner and manager of the first in-house built application, which calculates and reports commissions of sales representatives within the company. I worked closely with Project Managers, the development team, and stakeholders to assess business needs and user requests for the product and features. Partnering with senior management, I also ensured priority order of development and timelines for delivery, utilizing Jira.

Campus was a new offering from Girls Who Code, a national non-profit dedicated to closing the gender gap in the tech industry, by reaching girls when they're young and helping them build confidence and sisterhood to sustain them throughout their education.I was responsible for recruiting middle and high school students in the NYC area for our two-week summer coding classes. I collaborated on local event strategy, outreach to school and community partners, and spoke at several tech events throughout the city to promote the Campus program. As a team, we brought in over $260K for Girls Who Code, with over 150 paid registrations, and about 200 scholarships. We collectively participated in over 120 events and captured about 1000 leads.

Provided a clean and accurate website for the Office of Student Assistance. Responsible for maintaining the department’s webpages using Drupal 7, in addition to designing and developing various student and faculty paperless forms and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, as well as interactions with Oracle databases through SQL. I also produced daily refreshable reports and Business Rule Engines to maintain an accurate database, using SQL, PHP and Microsoft Office.
