In the last couple years, I've gotten to really discover what it's like working from the agency side as a project manager for creation and development of digital marketing products. I have the pleasure of working with highly talented teams of web developers, flash animators, designers, and content creators. Best of all I've been able to really improve my skills with Agile Project managementOver 8 years of career building experiences at Konami, I got the chance to wear many hats and gain insight into almost all aspects of the Video Game Business. As an Associate Manager in the Digital Distribution Department I worked with first party publishers (PSN, XBL, WiiWare, Steam, etc) to secure release timing placement, promotion slots, and oversaw submission of 1000+ pieces of digital content for 100+ projects.I worked cross departmentally with the development, sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launch.During this time I was also put in charge of the Konami Style Website, which is an e-commerce portal for Konami software and licensed merchandise. I located and purchased 100+ different products through vendors and increased sales revenues more than double over the previous year.A reoccurring skill and responsibility has been to create reporting and analysis for business needs from sales trends, market research, mark down forecasting, budgeting, and whatever else was needed. I was the primary business contact for NPD, IDG, EEDAR, Market Track and any other ad hoc market research and data firms we worked with.
