About Stephanie Piper
In the last couple years, I've gotten to really discover what it's like working from the agency side as a project manager for creation and development of digital marketing products. I have the pleasure of working with highly talented teams of web developers, flash animators, designers, and content creators. Best of all I've been able to really improve my skills with Agile Project managementOver 8 years of career building experiences at Konami, I got the chance to wear many hats and gain insight into almost all aspects of the Video Game Business. As an Associate Manager in the Digital Distribution Department I worked with first party publishers (PSN, XBL, WiiWare, Steam, etc) to secure release timing placement, promotion slots, and oversaw submission of 1000+ pieces of digital content for 100+ projects.I worked cross departmentally with the development, sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launch.During this time I was also put in charge of the Konami Style Website, which is an e-commerce portal for Konami software and licensed merchandise. I located and purchased 100+ different products through vendors and increased sales revenues more than double over the previous year.A reoccurring skill and responsibility has been to create reporting and analysis for business needs from sales trends, market research, mark down forecasting, budgeting, and whatever else was needed. I was the primary business contact for NPD, IDG, EEDAR, Market Track and any other ad hoc market research and data firms we worked with. Whatever problems or business concerns that have come up, I was there and counted upon to find suitable solutions.Projects:The Hunger Games Global SiteStar Wars AppWD Ventito WebsiteInteractive VideoPSN/XBLA/WiiWare/Steam - Digital Release managementKonami Style - eCommerce ShopMarket Research- NPD, IDG, EEDAR, Market Track, etc.Business Reporting & Analysis - Reporting, Databases, Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting

Project Manager (Consultant)
At Petrol Advertising I work in the Digital department as project management for development of digital marketing initiatives including; content marketing websites, corporate websites, game launch websites, and banner advertising creation.I have been overseeing on-going development and improvements to WD Ventito content marketing website since before launch in May 2015. It's been exciting to be a part of building and evolving an ongoing initiative from inception. With the ultimate goal of helping WD reach out to and better understand their audience and prospective future customers, we continually seek to improve site UX and functionality.Looking into innovative new ways to present digital marketing, I've also been involved with multiple development projects partnered with Zentrick. This technology allows for creating an interactive overlay over streaming video. We created an interactive video experience for the Game Awards 2015, and Bloodborne for PS4, as well aided with development for multiple clients which I can't name here.I also got the chance and honor to manage the overhaul and relaunch of the Petrol Advetising website.
Assoc. Manager Of Digital Distribution
As an Associate Manager in the Digital Distribution Department I worked with first party publishers (PSN, XBL, WiiWare, Steam, etc) to secure release timing placement, promotion slots, and oversaw submission of all digital content. I managed and advised two people to ensure that sales and forecast reporting were timely and accurate. I worked cross departmentally with the development, sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure that all the pieces needed for proper submission and successful product launch were in place.During this time I was also put in charge of the Konami Style Website, which is an e-commerce portal for Konami software and licensed merchandise. I was the primary buyer for the site, deciding which merchandise should go on the site and working with vendors to secure product quantities. I worked with our social networking teams and marketing team to get the word out on new products of interest, targeting the specific franchise fan bases. I planned sales promotions and discounts to correspond with product launches and other special events. Due to my efforts and the efforts of my team we doubled sales revenue at Comic Con and the website was on track to double or perhaps even triple revenue compared with the previous year.
Sr. Sales Coordinator
Though my position title was Sales Coorinator, I did much more than usually falls under the normal responsibilities of the job.My primary responsibilities were to maintain contact with the outside Sales Representation firms and Sales Mangers to make sure that they had everything they needed to sell product into retail and distribution channels, processing paperwork for the sales managers, and weekly sales reporting.I expanded that to create reporting and analysis for business needs from sales trends, market research, mark down forecasting, budgeting, and whatever else was needed. I was the primary business contact for NPD, IDG, EEDAR, Market Track and any other ad hoc market research and data firms we worked with.I also worked with internal programmers to oversee and revise our Sales Extranet site. The site needed to function as a portal accessible to internal Sales, Finance and Operations teams and connect them with external Sales Managers and Sales Representatives Firms. The site helped us to manage Product information, MDF Co-Op, Pice Protection, Sales Forecasting, and Reporting. Each process was able to be logged and executed from credit claim submission, through approval, and payment. We were then able to get accurate reporting on what credit was issued or earmarked to be issued. When post audits came in, we had accurate and thorough records to dispute or accept claims as needed.I drafted the official documents for our MDF and Price Protection Policies as well as Intra-company and customer Sample Policies. After proving my abilities, I was put in charge of managing the whole price protection process including long term and short term mark down strategies, planning, forecasting, and managing the budget under the mandated % of gross revenue. I continued to do this even after moving departments with-in the company for lack of anyone else with the ability to do so.
