My first position with Francesca's, after graduating from MSU.

This is my dad's bar and restaurant at home in Northville, MI. Although not a constant employment, I help when an extra set of hands is needed.

I was a management intern at the On the Border in Novi, MI.

I was a food and beverage intern at a country club on the north shore of Chicago as part of my hospitality program at Michigan State University. During my time there, I worked in a la carte dining, banquets, bar management, and accounting.

In my almost 3 years at Rocky's, I worked on and off during school breaks as a server, and in the summer of 2006 did an internship in the kitchen as prep cook and pantry cook.
