As a leader in the supply chain organization at Glossier, I directed a talented team of project managers and analysts responsible for executing every product launch at this high growth D2C industry innovator. In this hugely collaborative role, I worked closely with leadership in product development, creative, sales and logistics from initial concept through to product delivery.

Rahua by Amazon Beauty Inc is a sustainable range of hair and body care distributed globally at fine retailers including Joyce Hong Kong, Le Bon Marche, Liberty London, Sephora.com, and SpaceNK. Here I led forecasting and budgeting with P&L accountability. I also directed sourcing and planning, and collaborated with our global logistics partners to stay nimble and meet increasing demand for this beautiful range of plant based beauty.

The Brand Suite is a marketing and product development consulting firm. Working primarily with beauty and CPG categories, I led sales and operations to profitably grow business for our clients who were launching new brands into the food, drug and mass channels of the US market.

My work at The King of Shaves Company spanned all aspects of this dynamic British grooming brand. I was accountable for budgeting, operations and logistics for the North American business. Working with retailers including CVS, Target, Walgreens and Walmart, I partnered with sales reps and managed trade marketing to build awareness for this innovative challenger brand.
