Managed Geo's (Maps, StreetView, Google Earth, SkyBox, etc.) $1B PnL, supporting product, strategy, and engineering. ■ Partnered closely with the product teams to create monthly forecasts ■ Key team member who worked on the successful divestment of Geo's satellite company, Terra Bella; Produced monthly P&Ls, fixed asset support documents, capex forecast reporting, along with detailed financial commentary for the external buyer. ■ Managed workstreams of PMs and TPMs across various Geo teams (Street View, Aerial Imagery, Terra Bella) to create regular balance sheet reporting of all Geo's assets, along with leading a large cross-functional clean up project around many of the assets that were incorrectly impacting the financials. ■ Partnered with engineering to develop a forecasting tool that increased forecasting abilities by 25%. ■ Created 5 year plans around cross-company initiatives, such as Augmented Reality and Assistant. ■ Led all consolidated budget + headcount planning activities
