In my role at Direct Line as a insurance retention consultant, my main job role was to retain the business' custom and up-sell relevant products and services. I also took ownership of customer complaints, queries and amendments on customers insurance policies.

I gained at 2:2 BA degree in English literature and film studies. I also was course representative for the student council where I took meeting minutes, and passed communications on to other learners taking part in my course.Here I learned how to work effectively both as a team and independently, speak in front of large groups, create and deliver presentations, manage my own time and meet strict deadlines.
