With a background in hospitality, operations and training, I'm currently working with QUT Guild as the Commercial Operations & Facilities Manager. My portfolio includes the operations of two vibrant Uni Bars, a General Store, and an Australia Post outlet. I also oversee the Academic Gowns Department, which provides hire, sales and gowning services to QUT students across two graduation events each year. With a proven track record in training and development, I successfully cultivate high-performing teams and believe the key is in investing in people and relationships. I'm enjoying this challenging role, and proud to be contributing to vibrant student experiences.
