My work at Deloitte has focused on Project Managing Technology, Sourcing and Supply Chain related projects across various industries. While in the Air Force I worked in a diverse range of Project Management, Supply Chain and Procurement roles, supporting aircraft and other assets throughout the capability lifecycle. A particular highlight was the opportunity complete two operational deployments. Selected roles:• Officer in Charge of Logistics, Combat Support Unit Middle East Region. Integrated Logistics Support and Contract Management duties during a period when KC-30A acquisition was on the Defence Materiel Organisation’s Projects of Concern list. Negotiated with government and industry stakeholders to develop solutions to Logistics issues during aircraft introduction into service.• Logistics Transformation Project Manager, Combat Communications. Responsible for a $70 million inventory of information and communications technology items spread across national sites. Lead a geographically dispersed team of 9 personnel. Provided senior executives with specialist advice on Procurement and Supply Chain matters. Improved customer outcomes by closing 2 underperforming distribution centres, reducing inventory by 10,000 items and better aligning the unit’s geographic footprint with demand.• Supply Chain Manager, Heron RPA Australia and Afghanistan.
