I have worked across various projects including Digital Procurement, Group Technology COVID response, GTS Risk Program of Work and Destination Australia. The Digital Procurement Program is implementing Coupa and Coupa Risk Assess across Westpac. My duties as Design Stream Lead include: • Lead a 9 person Design team including business analysts, configuration managers, procurement and risk subject matter experts• Work with Deloitte to facilitate 40+ design workshops covering 4 Coupa modules including 7 risk domains, attended by 100+ unique stakeholders• Oversee development of key business deliverables (approved process maps, requirements docs, configuration workbook) working closely with risk, tech and other streams to ensure quality and timeliness• Oversee planning and execution of UAT including related deliverables (UAT Plan, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability matrix) • Develop and execute against project plans including resources, milestones and risks in an environment of shifting priorities. Includes coordination of simultaneous work on releases 1, 2 and 3

My work at Deloitte has focused on Project Managing Technology, Sourcing and Supply Chain related projects across various industries. This has included managing multiple workstreams, PMO set up and operation and being embedded in a project leadership role within a client organisation. I have gained experience managing teams under pressure in complex and sometimes politically charged stakeholder environments. Selected projects:• Project Manager, Procurement Transformation. Supported the development of a consolidated annual procurement plan which realised a $10M+ year one spend reduction. Led the design and implementation of a Governance Framework including process maps and policy documents to promote communication and accountability throughout the sourcing process. • Hybrid Agile Project Manager, Software Development. Managed schedule and budget for an 8 month transformation encompassing 18 deliverables across 4 workstreams. Lead a 12 person team using Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Web Services, Tableau and Anaplan to build and integrate a custom Workforce Planning tool. Managed relationships with Operations, IT, HR and Technology Partners.• Manager, Procurement Review. Conducted a deep dive into selected categories, developing a roadmap to reduce spend by 4%, improve efficiency and draw greater value from relationships with key suppliers. Included a review of organisational structure and contract management processes.

Selected projects:• Scrum Master and Business Engagement Lead. Accountable for implementation of 2 COI Recommendations. This involved the use of Agile methodology to guide a team of Deloitte and Client staff through the development and transition to BAU of a complex analytical forecasting model. Duties included stakeholder management, business requirements, data gathering and documentation, change control and dashboard development.• Program Management Specialist, Major Capital Program. Developed key project documents including Project Execution Strategy, Business Case and Capability Framework. Coordinated program Steering Committee, Scheduling and Risk meetings.

While in the Air Force I worked in a diverse range of Project Management, Supply Chain and Procurement roles, supporting aircraft and other assets throughout the capability lifecycle. A particular highlight was the opportunity complete two operational deployments. Selected roles:• Officer in Charge of Logistics, Combat Support Unit Middle East Region. Received the United States Air Force Commendation Medal for outstanding management of the Australia-US Mutual Logistics Support Contract. Directly responsible for 15 staff performing procurement, warehousing, refuelling, aircraft loading and road freight functions. Second in Command of a 100 person team providing medical, security, operations, engineering and other services to a newly established Australian flying base.• Project Officer, KC-30A Acquisition. Integrated Logistics Support and Contract Management duties during a period when KC-30A acquisition was on the Defence Materiel Organisation’s Projects of Concern list. Negotiated with government and industry stakeholders to develop solutions to Logistics issues during aircraft introduction into service.• Logistics Transformation Project Manager, Combat Communications. Responsible for a $70 million inventory of information and communications technology items spread across national sites. Lead a geographically dispersed team of 9 personnel. Provided senior executives with specialist advice on Procurement and Supply Chain matters. Improved customer outcomes by closing 2 underperforming distribution centres, reducing inventory by 10,000 items and better aligning the unit’s geographic footprint with demand.• Supply Chain Manager, Heron RPA Australia and Afghanistan.
