Stephanie Rigolot is a strategic consultant and advisor for firms in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industries. Stephanie studied and practiced architecture, working for Morphosis Architects and Michael Graves & Associates before pivoting to help developers and owners brand, sell, and maximize their assets working for Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). In 2015, she brought her holistic understanding of the building supply chain and client relationships back to the architecture industry first as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Steinberg Hart and then with WTW, a consulting agency that delivers business strategy, client development, and marketing services. Stephanie is a co-founder of AECtivity, a subscription-based platform for finding and tracking new business and thought leadership opportunities in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Development Forum (SCDF), SoCal Squash, and the Open Source Homeless Initiative (OSHI).Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. There, she won the Frederick Barnard White Prize for the best senior thesis in art history. From there, she attended UCLA with a merit scholarship, where she received a Master of Architecture.
