Workforce Housing (WFH) program - Administration, supervision and management of activities related to WFH program.- Implements the WFH program within regulatory parameters; investigates and resolves administrative and operational problems related to program; ensures compliance with regulations.- Performs complex analytical work including quarterly affordable sales price charts and semi-annual affordable rent charts; performs annual monitoring of tenants/buyers and developments in accordance of the WFH agreements; completes annual report for New Castle County Council and weekly reports to General Manager.- Manages and oversees work assignments for Community Services Coordinator.- Monitors the WFH program; ensures monitoring records are maintained in compliance with regulations. Establishes procedures and standards for consistency.- Accepts, reviews and approves applications for participation in the WFH program and determines eligibility based on program and HUD regulations.- Acts as liaison with other departments and sections of New Castle County as needed to promote, administer and monitor the program.- Prepares Buyer’s Agreements, Buyer’s Addendums, Certifications and other closing papers needed for real estate transactions.- Organization and maintenance of detailed statistical files and documents; performance of annual compliance reviews; ability to plan, prioritize, schedule and direct varied activities related to the WFH program.- Educates the legal, lending and real estate communities on the WFH program policies and regulations.
