About Stephanie R. Lane, Phd

Throughout my career I have served multiple stakeholders and made an impact in the lives of others utilizing my skills and expertise in instructional design, teaching, research and evaluation and project management. I am a seasoned educator and project manager with over 14 years of experience managing projects and creating educational experiences in higher education and more recently, the weapons detection industry. I possess notable experience with managing LMS systems and in creating multimedia instructional material, creating, and delivering development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including in person and e-learning. I have spent my career and have a have a passion for creating and managing learning experiences for students, customers, and other stakeholders. I consider one of my most valuable skills is the ability to foster sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders to help an organization achieve its goals and realize its mission. Additionally, I am a lifelong learner always exploring best practices to stay current with industry trends and meeting an organization’s evolving learning needs.
