Stephanie is a Marketer and Project Management professional who integrates tech solutions into all aspects of her work. She has a background in communications, graphic design, business development, people management and process improvement and is a convener, facilitator and thought leader in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space. Stephanie currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at The Partnership, Inc., a Boston-based and nationally recognized organization supporting the development of professionals of color into authentic leaders and the transformation of corporate cultures into diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces since 1987. A commitment to community is one of Stephanie’s core values and her most recent service to her community include: served as the Director of Marketing for ALPFA New York, served on the Women of ALPFA National Strategic Development Committee, Executive Committee Member At-Large of the NAACP Islip Town Branch and as a Big (Mentor) for Big Brothers, Big Sisters; she has also had the privilege to serve on both the 2022 and 2023 Boston Juneteenth at Franklin Park committee and as the Marketing chair for the 2024 ALPFA Northeast Regional Tech Summit. Stephanie is a first-generation higher education graduate who holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University and an M.A. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. As a proud Puerto Rican woman from New York, her life is committed to the advancement, success, and prosperity of all people of Color in every space and place we inhabit.
