• I joined the Recruitment team to make a difference in Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. To recruit staff for our multiple services across the Trust for service users with mental health illnesses, Learning.
• I have 60 applicants on average on my spreadsheet, with a turnaround from New to working of 45days for clinical and 25 days for Admin and clerical (non-DBS/vaccine requirements). Our bank recruits each month for.
• I am the sole producer of multiple vacancies on NHS Jobs for bank positions. I create adverts for Clinical and Administrative roles, shortlisting applicants and conduct assessments with potential staff.
• I discuss the recruitment process with applicants and what I expect from them. I produce offer letters and take information from documents required.
• I communicate with various departments; Finance, Occupational Health, Training to make sure the process for my candidate is as quick and simple as possible.
• All employee information must be updated on ESR (Electronic Staff Record). Using this system I set up vacancy numbers for Bank positions to allow me to post adverts on NHS Jobs.
