A lifelong passion for nutrition and wellness drives me to create products that make meaningful impacts on consumers’ lives. My specialty is creating high-quality natural consumables in multiple formats including tablet, effervescent, hard-shell and softgel capsules, powder and gummy deliveries. I’ve supported nationally recognized brands in bringing new products to market and improving existing formulations for manufacturing efficiency and cost rationalization, as well as establishing secure supply chains to allow growth with confidence. My past projects have covered development from ideation to activation, spanning consumer insights, formula development, material validation, certifications, claims substantiation, label development and review, sensory evaluation, specification development, packaging, piloting and manufacturing readiness.I have a strong background in process development, whether it is defining existing ways of working or developing new ones for optimal efficiency in getting innovations to market faster. I have put these skills to good use helping companies during times of transition, either restructuring or following acquisition, allowing for quick implementation and integration with minimal disruption.

 My industry experience and educational background make me a valued subject matter expert, supporting customer communications as well as brand and marketing initiatives. I have assisted consumer response teams in creating databases of information to improve call-processing speeds, as well as regulatory and legal teams on press releases and quality responses. A supplement user and natural channel shopper my entire life, I know first-hand the transformative power that wellness can have. I am motivated by seeing the positive benefits that the products I’ve developed contribute to the lives of real people. I am a dot connector, finding synergies and seeing around corners to avoid pitfalls that slow development. I love building from scratch and helping brands meet their innovation goals within margin and on time. I seek to simplify and improve, so teams can work together more effectively.
