I would spend my time assisting the manager and bartenders. I would do an inventory to see what needed to be restocked like alcohol and garnishes. I assisted with opening and closing procedures and learned how to make a variety of drinks while being there.

Duties as an Office Manager included balancing cash tills, performing “The Daily” which included copy machine counters, cash deposits, and order supplies as necessary, and take inventory of supplies. Also provided customer service to customers in person, over the phone and email/online ordering. Opened the store during morning hours and prepped for the customers, and entered orders for production in full service. I helped customers in the self service area with troubleshooting on copiers.

I provided party hosting for children's birthday parties. I interacted with the children by doing activities like games and songs. I kept orders of what the parents ordered for food and would have to be punctual to have the pizza, drinks and cake on time. I would run anywhere between 3 to 6 parties a day while working a second job and having to make availability for both jobs.
