• I worked closely with the HD techs to understand how service calls played out so that we didn’t miss important nuances.
• This allowed me to build reliable relationships with our vendors and clients as well as deliver consistent billing for the company.
• I transitioned the billing process from a mostly paper file system to digital, creating widespread company access and search-ability.
