I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, I have earned B.S.'s in Environmental Horticulture and Accounting. Solid knowledge in the business world is crucial for being able to plan, market, and grow my business. As an Environmental Horticulture major with a concentration in fruits and vegetables I am interested in protecting our land through organic farming and land conservation. I realize that as a whole, we have not been eating very healthfully and I would like to change that by providing organic fruits and vegetables to sell to restaurants and local grocery stores.
