Whether providing planning or final design transportation engineering services, I have been delivering projects throughout the Puget Sound in design, planning, design management, and project management for the past 20 years.I offer a wealth of experience and expertise in local agency, transit agency, and department of transportation designs. My experience includes conceptual to final design of roadways, highways, bus rapid transit, pedestrian, ADA, bicycle facilities, freight, and utility conflict analysis. I focus on context sensitive design that meets the needs of varying stakeholders and multimodal users while balancing its interface with the roadway and adjacent land uses.My past portfolio of projects has developed my expertise to support municipal, transit agency, and state clients.
