Was working with Centurylink assisting customers with purchasing TV, Home Phones, and Internet. Didn't like the way Centurylink pushed the sale over customer satisfaction, and refused to let their representatives stay on the phone for a longer period of time to resolve the customer's issue.

Worked for Sykes, as a Technical Support Representative under NEST. Only quit because my daughter was having emergency surgery and I didn't want to cause a problem with my company by taking too much time off.

I worked for Platinum IP for a few months until they refused to give me a day off when my mother was unable to watch my children because of cancer treatment and I had no other child care. Working here I sold power plans to customers who would call in from the east coast.
