Profile bio

About Stephanie Saulter

I’m a highly organised, creative and effective project manager, proposal writer and consultant with experience across multiple industries and sectors. I have a broad range of skills and expertise.I’ve been successful in very structured and stratified corporate organisations. However I cut my teeth working in less formal, often creative or startup environments and I enjoy that kind of energy and challenge. I’m good at analysing information and dealing with project management and process control for more freewheeling, unorthodox teams, to organise and support their work without cramping their style. I’ve researched and compiled business plans, commercial tenders, reports and corporate policy documents and am an excellent writer and editor. I have exemplary coordination and team management skills. My professional career began with business startups in the USA and Caribbean, where I worked on a broad range of tasks: from managing renovations to negotiating property purchases to managing client relationships. I became project manager for a new boutique hotel group and over the next ten years was part of a small, highly integrated executive management team, retaining project management and programme management responsibilities while progressing to the role of development director. In the UK I again focused on business planning: business development for a luxury brand, project management in the hospitality / leisure space, and urban regeneration strategy. I developed a self funding delivery model for affordable housing, including financial modelling. As a management consultant I advised clients on corporate strategy, joint venture models, procurement opportunities and provided tender submission / bid writing services.Following planned breaks to focus on my writing career (with some contract work including programme management for an energy startup), I’m now in full time employment as senior bid manager with Notting Hill Genesis.

Listed skills include Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Public Sector, and 27 others.
