Stephanie Bell is a founding partner of Ellinger Bell. Her practice focuses on election, regulatory, utility, gaming, tax, and other governmental disputes. She represents individuals, businesses, associations, committees, and political subdivisions in a wide array of state and local government matters. Stephanie’s litigation practice includes representing clients before government agencies, the Administrative Hearing Commission, the Public Service Commission, circuit courts, and Missouri Appellate courts. Since co-founding Ellinger and Associates, her practice has grown to include representation of statewide elected officials, proponents of statewide ballot measures, and Fortune 100 companies.
