As Executive Director, I partner with a 23-member board to enhance education in Great Falls Public Schools (GFPS). I oversee donor relations, community engagement, and business operations. I work closely with educators to understand how the Foundation can effectively support improving teaching and learning in GFPS.

The Providence Formation Program is a service learning/faith formation program for students at the University of Great Falls. As director of this cohort program, I coordinate with local agencies to provide relational service opportunities that help participants deepen their understanding of human dignity. In partnership with staff, faculty and community members, I help students reflect on the impact of their service while utilizing Catholic social teaching as a framework for understanding. Through the combination of service, reflection, and prayer, participants learn to develop a greater sense of empathy and compassion for all people regardless of differences.

- Provide overall management of the Great Falls affiliate operations and programs, reporting to the board of directors.- Oversee the operations of the Great Falls ReStore and facilitate home builds/renovations for partner families in collaboration with the board and staff.- Promote the Habitat for Humanity mission by educating the public and engaging the community in volunteer and fundraising opportunities.- Develop and implement the fund-raising strategy including drafting grant proposals, overseeing donor relations, and attaining volunteer labor.- Supervise, support, and train Habitat staff members and volunteers.

I worked at O'Connor Funeral Home helping with marketing and production as well as covering the secretarial position in the afternoon. When my parents purchased the business last summer, I helped them with the transition-- developing processes, creating work flow checklists, and setting up the website, price list, and other business forms. Recently I completed a 15-week promotional campaign for the business's 100th Anniversary. I represent the business as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

FullQuota is a business-to-business (B2B) marketing, lead generation, and inside sales outsourcing company for the technology industry particularly businesses with SaaS and cloud-based product offerings. As Marketing Coordinator for middle of the funnel activities, I'm responsible for nurturing and engaging initial leads and ultimately moving them into the sales pipeline. This is accomplished through facilitating webinars, email/download campaigns, blogs, and social media promotion. I am responsible for working with our content and design teams to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and deliver superior results for our clients.

I worked for Wendt in the graphic design department while an Art Director was on maternity leave. My work varied depending on client requests but ranged from editing advertisements to making recommendations on website redesigns. It was a great experience and helped me to better understand all the pieces that go into a successful marketing plan.

I worked part-time at Data Northwest as a Graphic Designer. I designed sales brochures and mailers. However, the majority of my time was spent designing slides for our digital signage clients, including MetraPark in Billings.
