CurrentAs a Senior Corporate Recruiter, I am responsible for sourcing for top industry talent at the corporate and executive levels as well as act as a key recruitment business partner for corporate and executive positions. My position is a combination of, active recruitment, leading recruitment support for all positions, as well as collaborating with the active day-to-day leadership partners with local & and national leaders. As Senior Corporate Recruiter, I manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process, assist in mentoring/guiding Recruiters & Specialists, and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on strategic initiatives to improve the performance of the department.
