• Worked directly with New York State Department of Labor to monitor unemployment notices, potential charges and protest fraudulent claims.
• Completed the I-9 paperwork and E-Verified all new hires. Processed all new hires into payroll system.
• Performed internal audits to ensure compliance with Department of Labor standards and client contracts.
• Maintained human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, changes in job classifications; tracking vacation, sick and personal time.
