Most of my work was focused on venture capital, investment banking and restructuring innovative, high-growth companies throughout Western Canada and the United States. I led technology, mining and manufacturing companies through negotiations and deals with venture capital companies and underwriters such as Goldman Sachs and Bank of America. Throughout this time, I developed a reputation for providing candid advice, free of market bias on a variety of unique financial transactions and instruments such as tracking shares, carve-outs and corporate venturing.

Led the AWF through incorporation under the Society Act of BC, grew membership to over 100 within the first 3 months and created the AWF Association of Women in Finance PEAK Awards in the AWF's second year.
