I started my tech career out in a ServiceDesk/HelpDesk position, then moved into a Desktop Support role, always working closely on projects with Network & Security teams. I then moved into an Applications team, as a Technical Analyst. I am now exploring the Security side of IT.Learning an IT department’s role within an entire organization from each of these angles, has helped me grow my professional skill sets as much as my technical ones. I’ve become well versed in analyzing for problem management to help improve business processes. I am a great collaborator between the many support tiers/teams and other business units in an organization.
