I also lead training, inspection, and support of all new products and services.My achievements in this role include…Top operational Results in my territory 2 years runningI drove touchless retail utilization from 40% to 90% at my territory level in two weeks by running a call bridge to fill knowledge gaps and resolve issues. Created and implemented a complete, multifaceted training for all new retail managers and Operations Analysts to assist with onboarding—which previously did not exist—resulting in fewer knowledge gaps. As a systems super user, I assisted in reducing the number of open system issues down from 3K+ to less than 100 in four months. This included, but was not limited to, reviewing open tickets for accuracy, identifying trends and grouping them appropriately, creating business cases for fixes to be implemented, and educating the retail field on proper information needed to ensure issues were captured.
