Manager, Integrated Marketing (Strategy)
Current• Develop custom integrated marketing proposals for brands looking to build affinity with Gen Z and college audiences, generating buzzworthy and insight-driven campaigns that align with client objectives across retail, digital, social media, influencer, and experiential activations. • Support Business Development team with sales prospecting, pitch presentations, and ad-hoc requests contributing to new business acquisition and renewals, contributing to the company exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals in both 2021 and 2023.• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Media Planning, Integrated Marketing Activation, Community, Design, Editorial) to tailor brand strategies for client goals and secure necessary approvals.Act as a primary liaison for vendors and partners, managing the procurement process and devising accurate budgets to forecast campaign spend and stay within company margins.• Conduct market analysis and research Gen Z trends to provide strategic recommendations that inform creative concepts, strengthen partnerships, and drive sales growth.• Lead campaign kick-off calls with main stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sale strategy to post-sale execution, ensuring all parties are briefed on objectives and timelines.• Optimize team operations by identifying and implementing process improvements, including onboarding the team onto a project management platform, refining the RFP request form, and creating training materials for a direct report to maximize performance.
