I am a Programme Manager at the Kets de Vries Institute, responsible for the development and running of KDVI’s Professional Development Programmes and Client Specific Programmes. I'm also part of the KDVI marketing team, managing digital media, and promoting KDVI services and 360° feedback development tools. Previously, I worked as a Modern Foreign Languages teacher in secondary schools across the UK, specialising in French and German. Over the eight years I spent in this role, I took on several roles, including Lead Teacher and Head of Key Stage 3, responsible both for the development of the curriculum and performance of pupils in Languages, as well as mentoring staff across the Language Department, improving their skills and guiding their professional development. I have a BA in German with European Studies from The University of Sussex and a PGCE in German with French from The University of Exeter.
