NetScout helps assure digital business services against security, availability, and performance disruptions. Reporting to the General Counsel, with a dotted line to the Audit Committee, maintains global responsibility for enterprise risk management and ethics and compliance matters (policies, programs, training, monitoring, enforcement). Oversees ethics hotline management, internal investigations, crisis communications, cybersecurity incident response, and litigation management. Supports the 10K legal process, including risk factor and cybersecurity disclosures, and ESG and Proxy governance processes. Initiated and serves as chair of the ERM Steering Committee, Policy Review Committee, and AI Governance Executive Committee. Regularly advises C-Suite executives on issues related to data privacy, GDPR, cybersecurity, AI, antibribery/FCPA, international trade and export control, and antitrust and competition. Manages a team of compliance professionals supporting IT, Sec Ops, engineering, marketing, operations and product development and oversees government relations, outside counsel hiring, and legal operations initiatives. Member of the Executive Cybersecurity Council. Founder and Co-lead of Women in NetScout Network, a community focused on topics of interest to women and open to all.

Served as President of the Board of Directors, overseeing board governance, revenue and expense, membership development, personnel and programming for the membership of a nonprofit legal organization. Achieved highest revenue in organization history, with growth of 40% income YOY. Initiated and implemented new Membership strategy resulting in a 9% increase in Chapter membership. Year over year membership retention increased by a remarkable 4% and recruitment efforts resulted in the highest number of new members ever recruited in a single year. Initiated a Communication and social media strategy building and growing a LinkedIn channel from 100 to over 2000 followers.

Served as deputy to the CLO, overseeing day-to-day department needs, including contract management, litigation and disputes, intellectual property, and budget and billing, and represented the CLO at the CEO's staff meetings in her absence. Served as Chief Legal Counsel to Staples’ e-commerce, retail, commercial and federal government sales, marketing and merchandising divisions.
