Event Manager
Current• Plan and execute small- and large-scale customer events, internal events, and regional and high-profile national tradeshows including event project plan, timeline, budget, event fees/tuition and logistics (tracking expenditures, researching hotel/venues, contract negotiation, catering, audio-visual equipment, entertainment, travel, ground transportation).• Collaborate with Marketing, Event and subsidiary Event Teams on the promotion of events, web and email content and other marketing-related tactics to ensure events are aligned with strategic objectives.• Develop and refine standard work, tools, and templates to evaluate the effectiveness of content, displays, lead retrieval, booth staff, etc., and provide recommended improvements to increase event quality and decrease costs.• Deliver differentiated and creative solutions to elevate the customer experience as well as keep up with current market trends and leverage technology to increase efficiency and reduce cost.• Support North American sales team on live education, conferences, lecture opportunities and other in-market activities.• Frequent travel to support events
