About Stephanie Y.

As a longtime resident of the Temecula Valley, I was introduced to real estate at a young age. My father was a real estate and stock broker who also specialized in financial planning, insurance and annuities, and my mother was also a Realtor whom I began working for at 16 as a Personal Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. My exposure to real estate at such a young age helped to launch a lifelong journey in the Industry that truly began in 2003 when I passed my licensing exam at the age of 20. I’ve played many roles in the business, including a Property Manager for a privately held commercial firm, an Escrow Processor for West Coast Escrow, and Account Executive with Landwood Title and USA National Title. In 2016, I passed my California Broker’s Exam and have taken a position as Broker Associate with ERA Donahoe Realty in Temecula: a truly amazing team of award winning agents that utilizes cutting edge technology, and is part of a network that has been voted a World’s Most Ethical Companies the past 5 years in a row. With experience from several angles in the Industry, my clientele can count on me to truly advise them every step of the way. On a personal note, I am a Painter and have been featured in live shows for Hay Day Record, The Infusion Art Project, and Thumbprint Gallery. In 2008 I created a start-up business called Greenhouse Recycling that I ran on weekends after writing a $250,000 grant for the California Department of Conservation. My career in real estate allows me to draw on my creative and business strengths, and my outside-the-box thinking helps me to truly counsel my clients.
