- Led client engagement and discovery process for Fortune 500 companies to deliver product solutions and strategies using mixed-method UX research and human-centered approach- Founded and launched Discovery Lab as a core research operation, designing end-to-end engagement process, developing a central knowledge-base using insights across projects, and leading research resource management for the product and strategy teams - Built and implemented data products and tools to optimize internal process and guided the collaboration of interdisciplinary teams of designers and engineers- Promoted thought leadership through publications and training seminars for 300+ global employees on design thinking, agile, storytelling, analytics-based research
