- Manage all outside marketing vendors and suppliers.- Develop internal and external communication and marketing materials (including quarterly internal communications, online and print ads, brochures and customer presentations).- Managed development of new global website alongside an outside web designer.- Support industry events, trade shows, and internal sales and operations summits.- Implemented and administer Salesforce.com – CRM tool for tracking all customer communication.- Support customers with incoming questions regarding quotes and new purchase orders.- Perform contract review process on new purchase orders and process orders into ERP system.- Work with CEO and VP’s developing and presenting a quarterly communication to all employees globally. - Started and leads company’s Employee Outreach Committee, providing volunteer opportunities for employees. - Co-chair of the Employee Events Committee coordinating and executing employee activities.
