I've been fortunate to spend most of my career in HR Tech partnering with innovative, inspiring People leaders in organizations around the world to change the trajectories of their companies and better their employees' lives. I thrive in positions where strategy, revenue and customer success meet. I get energy from working with people and solving complex problems. I love being a leader and growing and shaping teams and companies. I anchor on vulnerability-based trust and a growth mindset. I believe our jobs should be rewarding, and to get there, we need to create an environment where everyone works hard, is challenged, and is having fun. Personally, I'm a mom, have a shameless obsession with audiobooks, am drawn to all things involving people, and I'm am on a mission to see the world. I've lived most of my life in the Bay Area, and I am having a great time with my family in our new city of Denver.
