I’ve been a writer, teacher and speaker in personal growth and transformation for the past two decades. I have a passionate interest in personal development, spirituality and human nature. My current focus is on writing, speaking and teaching about boundaries and the many reasons we struggle to set them. The more I write and speak about boundaries, the more I come to understand how important they are. Good boundaries not only improve our relationships, but allow us to be more productive at work as well.I’ve also written a series of books on setting boundaries. The intention behind this series is to help readers to take back their personal power by saying no in a way that is both respectful and graceful. I spend a great deal of time reading and researching just about anything related to the brain and consciousness.
