As an IT Manager at Gateway (Child & Family Services) for over four years, I lead and support the technology needs of a nonprofit organization that provides counseling, education, and advocacy for children and families. I manage the IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network security, as well as various vendors and IT projects. I am passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on the lives of others and finding new ways that technology can support users. We live in a world where technology and our workforce needs are constantly changing and evolving and I believe the best way to handle those changes are as Disney once said, to "keep moving forward," keep curious about how and what we can continue to improve and what new technologies are out there now.In addition to my past jobs in the technical and customer service industry, I have almost 10 years under my belt of managing local swing dance scenes, including scene building, event management, social media management, and redesigning websites and marketing materials, showcasing my creativity, project management skills, and technical expertise.
