I administered medications (PO, IM, SC, and IV), documented, carried out assessments, interventions, and planning goals and outcomes for patients, as well as performing patient care procedures for patients in critical care.West View Rehabilitation and Medical Center: Providing care to geriatric patients, hospice patients, rehabilitative care, and generalized inpatient resident nursing care. Butler Hospital: Provided nursing care to different inpatient populations receiving treatment for mental health, including adolescents, patients in intensive care, substance abuse/withdrawal/detox patients, and general inpatient care.
