How do I make a difference?- As the organization's in-house designer, I help plan, implement, and uphold YVR's brand identity by not only creating day-to-day design solutions, but also creating a centralized approach to brand stewardship. - I create a bridge between our in-house resources and use of outside creative agencies to assist company stakeholders in achieving desired project outcomes. This includes dramatically reducing the cost and production time of multiple projects by moving design services in-house. - I create print, digital, and in-terminal experiential assets for both internal and external audiences, including working with our social team which reaches out to nearly 100k Facebook and 73k+ Twitter followers.- I work closely with a wide-variety of departments and stakeholders across the organization, in some cases members of the executive team, to ensure their ideas and projects come to life in a visual and creative way.- As a member of a vibrant and creative communications team, I am continually brainstorming, ideating, learning, and contributing to various ideas that help establish YVR as a unique and cherished brand. - I do all of the above with a diverse skillset in graphic design, motion design, brand, data visualization, and illustration

DASHBOARD PROJECTNovember 2017----Collaborating with Self Serve Furniture Area manager to create and pitch an internal dashboard tool based on user research within the department. Focusing on user experience principles and applying over 6 years of knowledge with the IKEA customer base and brand, the dashboard concept aims to assist management run an efficient and profitable warehouse.
