I am passionate about leading, driving and maintaining effective relationships, and am constantly looking for ways to make accounts cost efficient to ensure that they are meeting the demands required of key stakeholders. With a history of involvement in commercial management, I am currently developing my ability to have a more active approach to Project and Account Management in a greater capacity.Throughout my management of various strategic suppliers on a daily basis, I am able to leverage relationships to achieve commercial activities and wider goals of the business. This includes mitigating risks, driving underlying cost savings, and implementing effective governance procedures. In addition to this, I engage with key stakeholders globally and have been able to address issues that they have had promptly, which has resulted in several quick wins that have a long-lasting benefit to individuals and the company as a whole. I have had an impact on not just the company that I work at, but also steered suppliers to develop their internal ways of working.
