My career path in the staffing industry started in 1998 when I worked as a temporary employee at several Fortune 500 companies. I learned the value of being a temporary associate but also the challenging part of not being treated as full time. I was able to learn how to deal with a multitude of backgrounds and enjoyed my time as an associate. Once presented a full time opportunity within the staffing firm, I grew to love it. Starting as a Recruiter moving to a Staffing Manager and Onsite Manager then to sales as an Account Manager, then Operations, HR and Branch Manager to now my VP of Operations. I have seen the industry inside and out and worked for large national firms to mid-size and now a local/private organization. I have high expectations for myself as well as my team. The work we do is important and makes an impact on our community and local businesses. It’s my job to ensure exceptional results are delivered to our clients day in and day out.
