For my second internship I am working as a research intern on the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) grant through Endicott College. Endicott College, along with Boston University, University of Texas San Antonio, WestED, and the Anti-Human Trafficking Intelligence Initiative are working collaboratively on this grant program. This program, known as the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Training program, deals with digital forensics and cryptocurrency tracking investigation techniques for law enforcement.

I completed my first internship during the Summer of 2023 with LBA Marketing. This internship ran over the course of 5 weeks and allowed me to gain an understanding of what it takes to succeed in the marketing field. I worked on projects such as email marketing, social media content creation, image selection, copywriting, and campaign planning. I am very grateful for the team at LBA for the opportunity to work beside them over the last few weeks.

Through this role I instructed beginner level gymnastics classes to children ages 2-10 while adapting to staffing shortages. I also organized and conducted summer camp games, arts and crafts, and activities for children ages 4-12. The role also required me to train incoming employees on safety procedures as well as how to keep students engaged in a class.

Within this role I supervised students in activities including recess, arts and crafts, homework, as well as dismissal. I also assisted the program director in handling the safety of a large group of students from ages 5 through 14 during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This role also involved tutoring students in need of assistance on elementary-level homework assignments.
