This platform aims to streamline the curation of the theatrical season in one place, make it easy to discover new shows that fit their space and budget, foster the expansion of the collaborator network, and enable them to share their work with the theater community.• Through user research, unearthed a strong demand for an efficient solution to streamline the theater making process, spanning from script acquisition to licensing and the ultimate publication of the show.• Conducted 2 ideation workshops with stakeholders and identified 4 key themes for the design direction: get script easily, get connected without a working relationship, build a show from scratch as a non-professional theater maker, and make creative decisions visible & sharable.• Created the entire UI covering the end-to-end customer journey, including features of project management, personalized show recommendation, collaboration network & streamlined licensing process.

Prior to my involvement, there was no initial UX involvement; now, UX is integrated from the start of sprint planning.• Designed and delivered MVP for an internal underwriting platform, consolidating a fragmented process across 20+ spreadsheets. The new designs include features of quoting, binding, booking and document management to streamline the underwriting process and enable a product agnostic framework.

• Designed AboutMe online questionnaire, digitizing the cumbersome traditional paper application form and transforming the traditional underwriting experience. Identified key themes for design direction through user research including: digital experience, visualized progress, reassurance and radical simplicity. The product was launched in September 2021, and received user feedback of an average rating of 4.3/5. “Easy to follow and flowed nicely.” “All of it was pretty simple and straightforward.”• Guided a team of 6 designers in the establishment of a robust enterprise-wide design system.

• Based on user research and feature prioritization, redesigned the responsive UI for a mobile contentdiscovery platform that serves more than 25 million monthly active users• Built the company-wide design system Apricot which significantly improved design efficiency and teamcollaboration.
