As Managing Director, Stephanie led strategic, programmatic, fundraising, community engagement, and administrative success in Per Scholas Dallas. She provided vision and leadership, fiscal responsibility and sustainability, budget authority, and program management oversight to the organization. Stephanie was the primary liaison and point of contact with all Per Scholas national staff including program, finance, communications, development, administration, and human capital teams. She was responsible for developing and leading a growing team of seven professionals, who were responsible for executing and developing all IT training, and professional/career development programs as well as fostering and deepening relationships with potential employers.Per Scholas is a national organization that has been advancing economic mobility for 25 years.
