It's pretty simple: Human Resources is my passion.I graduated at California State University, Fresno with my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with the focus of Management. I have over 5 years of experience in an administrative role/recruiting and a little over a year in workforce development. Business administration was never a thought for me until I started my college journey. Through the blood, sweat, and tears, I still wanted to pursue my bachelor’s degree. As college continued, I fell deeply in love with the study I chose. I loved what business administration in general has to offer, especially human resources. Being able to recruit and meet them during the onboarding process was always a huge success to me. I have dedicated my career to help companies employ the right team members. For over 5 years with International Cultural Exchange Organization, I had the privilege to travel to recruit abroad for major hotels/casinos in the United States and assisted them with new hire orientation when needed. This experience was a dream come true. I was able to work and travel.I then transitioned to the workforce development part of business. Being a Workforce Development Assistant with Elica Health Centers was amazing. I was able to assist in developing programs and training for the company. One of my greatest accomplishments was being the main person overlooking the Learning Management System (LMS), Relias Learning. I did many self taught sessions as it was my first time using a LMS, which I enjoyed. Over the year and a half, I learned many things and was able to train managers, supervisors and employees on using the LMS.I am currently working part-time and am ready to move forward with a company who is willing to give me a full-time opportunity. While searching, I've picked up a few hobbies, reading, tennis, and making bouquets for the farmers market.
